How Tours Work

Our stress-free tours make it quick, easy and enjoyable to inspect office spaces. We send your chosen time slots to the workspace owners and confirm your itinerary with you by email. We put the offices in the best order, map out your route and tell you exactly who you’re meeting at each office. Each tour is 20 minutes long and you’ll have plenty of time to look around and ask all the questions you have.

How Agreements Work

We use license agreements to secure the deal between a tenant and a Workspace Partner. These are flexible, short-term contracts which state the tenant can legally use the space or services provided by the operator. They’re simple, easily negotiated and all hosted online – we send them out to you and the Partner and it can all be signed in a matter of minutes.

No, our premium service is completely free of charge for tenants. It is and always will be completely free for tenants so don’t worry about being hit with hidden fees further down the line. There are no strings attached!

When a deal is reached, Office Hub sends the license agreement to you, the tenant. We’re totally paper-free so it’s an online license agreement and you can sign on your desktop, mobile or tablet. It will refer to every inclusion, start/end dates and pricing. Once you’ve signed the agreement, we send it to the workspace owner to sign and you’ll be emailed to confirm your new office space!

Most of our workspace partners require a one-month bond to secure the office space as well as one month’s rent up front before you move in. You must pay the required amount in full to be given access to your new office space. After that, billing is usually at the end of the month and all-inclusive of everything to do with your office space. This can vary, so check with your Office Hub account manager about the required bond for office spaces you’re interested in.

Be sure to use the multi-tour option if you’d like to see more than one space and we’ll line up your tours for you.
